Name changes
FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
After May 1, 2026 name changes will be charged a handling fee of Euro 80,00 (VAT included) per name change. A new online registration for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Cancellation policy
FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat tba.
Cancellations will be accepted until tba. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
CANCELLATION BEFORE AND ON tba: 70% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE REFUNDED
CANCELLATION AFTER tba: NO REFUND
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
Admission
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges during the Conference activities.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.
For accompanying persons aged 15 or older, a payment of the €150 fee indicated above will need to be carried out. For accompanying persons aged 14 or younger, the payment of the €150 fee is optional. It is noted, however, that if an accompanying person pass is not acquired, then no insurance cover will be available in case of accidental damage or injury, for which the Organising Secretariat will thus not be able to bear any responsibility. The Organising Secretariat will require a Release of Responsibility from the adult accompanied by a minor not registered to the Conference.

- Even if this conference will be an in-presence only event, submitted papers, pdf copies of all presentations, as well as video-recordings of the plenary sessions, will be rendered available online for ‘remote attendees’ during the conference.
↩︎ - The fee includes access to the exhibition area, welcome cocktail of Sunday 13th of September, coffee/lunch breaks from the 14th to the 18th of September. It does not instead include access to conference rooms and contributions submissions. Exhibitor entry passes will be named and usable by one single person only; they cannot be employed to grant access to different delegates form the same organization. ↩︎
