- EAEE individual membership during the years between the ECEE2022 in Bucharest and ECEE2026 in Berlin (2022, 2023, 2024). To qualify as an EAEE Delegate, participants must have paid the EAEE individual membership fees for at least two years within the last four years. Eligibility will be verified by the Organizing Committee. ↩︎

Name changes
FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS
After May 1, 2026 name changes will be charged a handling fee of Euro 80,00 (VAT included) per name change. A new online registration for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to: registration@ecee2026.eu
For cancellations made until July 13, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be charged. No refunds will be given after July 14, 2026.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference.
Tickets for the Conference Dinner are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Admission
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges during the Conference activities.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.
For accompanying persons aged 15 or older, a payment of the €180 fee indicated above will need to be carried out. For accompanying persons aged 14 or younger, the payment of the €150 fee is optional. It is noted, however, that if an accompanying person pass is not acquired, then no insurance cover will be available in case of accidental damage or injury, for which the Organising Secretariat will thus not be able to bear any responsibility. The Organising Secretariat will require a Release of Responsibility from the adult accompanied by a minor not registered to the Conference.
