Abstract Submission

The proposed Technical Sessions have now been processed and published, allowing you to identify those most suitable for the abstract(s) you wish to submit for consideration by the respective convenors. If your work does not seem to fit within any of the currently defined technical sessions, you may still submit your contribution under the “Other topics” category, available on the abstract submission platform. Please note that abstracts should not exceed 2,500 characters, including spaces. To access the submission platform, click on the “SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT” button located after the technical sessions listing below.

You may also notice some slight overlap in the technical objectives and content of certain proposed sessions, which could potentially be merged. Additionally, some sessions may not yet exhibit the level of diversity or representativeness you might expect. However, we have decided to address these potential issues once the number of registered contributors for each session is clearer, as we want the community to guide the fine-tuning of the scientific programme. For now, feel free to submit your abstract to the Technical Session that best aligns with your work.

Technical Sessions Submission

We are committed to creating a community-driven conference programme and invite you to submit proposals for technical sessions you would like to convene. These sessions should be not only scientifically robust but also diverse and representative, considering factors such as geographic origin, gender balance, and more. You can download the full announcement here.

  • Session title
  • Names and affiliations of potential co-convenors (maximum 3)
  • A brief summary of the session content (up to 2,000 characters)
  • A list of at least 3 invited speakers (name/affiliation)

We look forward to receiving your proposals and working together to create an exciting and engaging conference programme!
